Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Taskos. By creating an account or using the product you accept them. If you are using Taskos on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that company.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Use Taskos for lawful work. Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not upload content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk.

Your content

You own the projects, tasks and files you add to Taskos. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you and your team.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep Taskos available and accurate, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is significant, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. Questions can be sent to hello@taskos.app.
