This policy explains what information Taskos collects when you use our website and product, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain.

Information we collect

We collect the details you give us directly, such as your name, email address and the projects, tasks and comments you create. We also collect basic technical data — browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location — to keep the service secure and working well.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the product, generate plans from your prompts, send account and billing messages and improve features. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project content to advertise to you.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Taskos, such as hosting, payment processing and email delivery. Each provider is bound by a contract that limits how they may use your data. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or close your account, we remove the associated data from our live systems within 30 days. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to staff who need it.

Your choices

You can access, correct, export or delete your information at any time from your account settings. You can also ask us to do this for you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
